How often do you change your baby's nappies?

I change my 4 month old's with every feed (every 4 hours), or everytime she does a poo. I dont change her nappies overnight, as that tends to wake her up too much.

How often do you change your baby's nappies?

I just saw a new brand of nappies by HUGGIES, that claim that each nappy can be worn for 12 hours. Would you not change a nappy for 12 hours??How often do you change your baby%26039;s nappies?
My son is 9 months old and he gets his diaper changed about every 3-4 hours during the day (unless its poopy) and then just before bed and just after he wakes up in the morning.

Are those huggies diapers suppose to be nighttime diapers, which means that it would be good to be able to go almost 12 hours with out changing, so that you wouldn't have to wake your baby up in the middle of the night to change a diaper? How often do you change your baby%26039;s nappies?
I change my daughter every single time she is wet or dirty no matter how often that is. I dont wake her at night to change her unless its a poopy diaper. I don't know why you'd go 12 hours not changing a messy diaper. How often do you change your baby%26039;s nappies?
I change my 9 month old as needed. A normal day means like 2-4 wet and 1-2 poo. And if he does more than that I don't care. That just means he is well hydrated. I would NEVER let my child wear a diaper for 12 hours. Like he gets his last diaper changed before bed. And he sometimes wakes up just to get it changed. And thats normally about 6-8 hours after we lay him down. It all depends. The longest he goes is like 10 hours and thats when he sleeps in.How often do you change your baby%26039;s nappies?
I work at a per school and we change them every 2 hours but if they poo we change them right away. I think its better to change them every 2 hours that way they don't get a diaper rash. 4 hours is too long for me but 12 is even longer, I would not leave my child in the same diaper for 12 hours. How often do you change your baby%26039;s nappies?
I changed my kids whenever they were wet or dirty. I usually checked them every hour or so. I would never let my baby stay in a wet/dirty diaper for 12 hours, that is just pure laziness, and child neglect. How often do you change your baby%26039;s nappies?
I change my son whenever he pees or poops, except at night unless it wakes him- and in turn, me.

When he was very small I would go through 12 at a minimum, usually more like 16-18 a day.

I use cloth.

Eww at 12 hours! How often do you change your baby%26039;s nappies?
i change my 5 month old son's diaper atleast ever 1-2 hours, or whenever i feel he's wet, or he poos.

i dont really change him overnight, unless he wakes up himself.

and.. i wouldnt leave my son in the same diaper for 12 hours, that seems odd for a type of diapers. even if you wouldnt have to change it for 12 hours, wouldnt they still be setting in their own pee? and i do believe that causes rashes, lol.How often do you change your baby%26039;s nappies?
i wouldn't leave a nappy on my child for 12 hours during the day. but at night if he sleeps for 12 hours i'm not going to wake him. I heard somewhere that it's recommended you change your baby or infant every 2-3 hours. when my baby was younger he's 14 months now i used to do exactly what your doing, changing after every feed or poo. i think the huggies ad you saw was just telling you that there new nappies are absorbant enough to be worn for 12 hours. keep up what your doing if your baby is happy and healthy you've got nothing to worry about. How often do you change your baby%26039;s nappies?
I change my daughter when she needs changed.

About the 12 hour diapers- those would be called overnites. Which are diapers for at night. If you did your research you would have known that because no mother would leave there baby in a diaper for 12 hours unless its at night. How often do you change your baby%26039;s nappies?
I change our daughters diaper usually every 2-3 hours or when she seems uncomfortable ... or when she is smelly! She gets playing so much she doesn't seem to notice she is dirty anymore a lot of the time.

Overnight she stays in the same diaper 9-14 hours without changing. I let her sleep as long as she wants. If she wakes up in the night I change her, but she normally sleeps all the way through.

We cloth diaper her and there is no problem with her being in the same diaper for 12 hours or more overnight. I wouldn't leave the baby in a diaper for 12 hours during the day when they are awake though if that is what you are asking ...
