There is no changing table or fridge needed for the baby in Sims 3. :) I thought the same thing at first, but if you click on the baby itself there will be an option for changing the diaper, and to feed it a bottle. When it becomes a toddler, too, and you have a feeding chair, you'll have the option of feeding it there or on the floor.

You just click on the baby. The bottle appears out of thin air, and all diaper changing is picking up the baby and they spin in the air (or something like that). I think it's kind of lame now, but it is more convenient in a way.How do you feed and change your baby on the sims 3?
