my lil boy is 6 weeks old and got told he could have sma white cos he is a hungry baby. but how do u do the change? How do you change baby from sma gold to sma white?
i had the same with my daughter as well i just switched her over the next day after all her other feeds were finished

start by putting half gold and half white for a few days but your havin problems with sleepin at night make the last feed ie 11pm just sma white, then gradually start making 3/4 white 1/4 gold for a few days then put him on totally white.



i would also recommend that if you are planning on switching, milupa aptimal is a far better milk for babies, and has less problems with their bowels and reflux, just a sugestion............................

We had to do this with my daughter when she was a baby.

All we did was wait until we finished the tin of SMA Gold and then started her straight after on SMA White.
