you would need to go about that just like changing a last name after being married.
Start with the social security office. They can tell you what you need to do. I would probably give them a call first so you can get any documents you'll need in order first.
Since she's only two it shouldn't be too hard- she won't have credit cards and a drivers license an more yet:)Changing baby%26039;s last name (las vegas)?
